Basic Breath
Access to food, housing, health care, education, communication, and culture is not a reward for participation or evaluation. It is protected as the foundation from which people can live with security.
Three circulations
- Circulation of things: Value necessity, repair, reuse, and the continuity of local life.
- Circulation of knowledge: Pass learning and technology onward while protecting the context of creators and people directly concerned.
- Circulation of care and culture: Place rest, dialogue, creation, and quiet witnessing near the center of social life.
Records and recognition
A community may record gratitude and circulation. But these records must not become scores that decide a person’s worth, livelihood, employment, or access to public services.
Transition
Try on a small scale while preserving explanation, challenge, exit, and review. Do not retreat from existing rights or social protections.
