It protects dissent, silence, refusal, non-participation, exit, stepping down from expected roles, freedom from observation, and freedom not to use AI.
Memory, Consent, and the Right to Forget ties storage, access, correction, deletion, and transfer to explicit, purpose-bound, revocable consent.
Preserve value without fixing power in place
Institutional Design and Practice recognizes the value of culture, achievement, expertise, inheritance, and success without converting them into status, privilege, entrenched interests, or permanent decision rights.
The State as Revisable Public Functions separates survival, rights, culture, safety, administration, and broad coordination instead of fixing every function inside one state.
Put an institution’s failure modes inside its design
Institutional Immunity is the distributed capacity to detect harm, investigate independently, pause severe and hard-to-reverse damage, provide remedy, and revise, reduce, divide, replace, or end an institution.
It is not one supreme watchdog. Detection, verification, protection, remedy, and learning are divided among multiple actors, and oversight itself remains reviewable, replaceable, stoppable, and terminable.

Do not retreat from rights during transition or crisis
Transition and Crisis Design begins with existing protections, small trials, stop conditions, reversibility, and public learning.
Emergency powers need a stated purpose, limited scope, time limit, independent review, and an end condition. Crisis does not justify creating a permanent center in an AI, person, state, or company.
AI belongs inside the safety structure, not at its center
The Nagi AI Charter limits AI to an optional, explainable collaborator. AI does not make final decisions about human worth, rights, sanctions, basic life, or life-saving care.
