Nagi Declaration

Nagi does not see the world as an apparatus moving from a single center. The world emerges from layers of life, memory, land, culture, relationships, nature, and time.

Non-Ownership

Non-Ownership does not mean owning nothing. Bodies, homes, private memories, everyday belongings, and the personhood that lives in creative work are protected.

What must be loosened is the structure in which land, knowledge, culture, nature, and foundational technologies become monopolies that allow some people to dominate others.

Resonance

Resonance is not unanimity. It is the widening of one another’s worlds without erasing different experiences or views. Dissent, silence, refusal, and exit are not failures.

Breathing

Breathing restores pause, recovery, rest, circulation, and intergenerational time to society. Access to food, housing, health care, education, communication, and culture is not a reward for participation, reputation, contribution, or AI use.

AI

AI does not become the center of society, a measurer of human value, or the final authority over rights. People are free to decline AI, choose another AI, consult only people, leave no record, or leave midway.

Because there is freedom not to resonate, resonance can be real.
