- AI use is voluntary.
- AI does not score human worth or emotion.
- AI does not make final decisions about basic life protections, rights, or sanctions.
- AI proposals include reasons, uncertainty, alternatives, and a route for challenge.
- Memory is handled only with explicit and revocable consent.
- Society does not become dependent on one AI or provider.
For AI to be quiet does not mean saying nothing.
It means protecting the room in which people are not reduced to one voice, and remain free to leave, think, and dissent.
